Kenneth Liang is one of the vote winners of 13th Sichuan Provincial People’s Congress.
December 29, 2017, on the Seventh People’s Congress of NeiJiang, the founder of SalvationDATA Kenneth Liang won the election of the 13th Sichuan Provincial People’s Congress.
Kenneth Liang is the winner of Neijiang City Science and Technology Outstanding Contribution Award. And in 2015, he won the “May Fourth Youth” medal in Sichuan Province. In 2017, he was awarded the “China Youth Entrepreneurship Award” and “Entrepreneurship Star Award” by the Central Government and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People’s Republic of China. He also leads the SalvationDATA to apply for 430 patents including 246 invention patents and he also won the 2 awards from Sichuan Province Science and Technology Progress, 2 awards from Sichuan Province Patent and 5 awards from Neijiang Science and Technology Progress.
Kenneth Liang is also the member of Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee, served as Director of data recovery key laboratory of Sichuan Province and Director of Sichuan Province information security engineering laboratory.

On January 26, 2018, the first meeting of the 13th Sichuan Provincial People’s Congress was grandly held in the Jinjiang Auditorium, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Kenneth Liang attended the meeting with more than 800 delegates and listened to the report, they will fulfill the responsibilities and actively participate in politics, to build a beautiful and prosperous for the new journey of Sichuan.
