[News] 2018 SecureCon Product Day and Cyber-Physical System (CPS) Control Security Forum

Editor’s note: On November 30, 2018, the launching ceremony of the 2018 Cyber-Physical System (CPS) Control and Security Forum and SecureCon Product Day was held at the Northwestern Polytechnical University.

Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guan Xiaohong, professor of Xi’an Jiaotong University, Lu Guangwen, head of Beilin District, Nie Wenbin, deputy head of the district, Zhang Yan Ning, assistant president of Northwestern University of Industry, and dean of the Ningbo Industrial Internet Research Institute, and more than 30 leaders and experts, totally more than 170 guests from institutions and enterprises attended the forum.

Northwestern Polytechnical University and SecureCon. jointly announced the construction of the Shaanxi Intelligent Equipment System Security Control Engineering Research Center. The center construction plan was officially approved by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission on November 9.

Mr. Kenneth Liang, the CEO of SecureCon, delivered a welcome speech. He said that under the development strategy of the national “Belt and Road”, with the support of the government, the research center seizes the opportunity and develops innovation.

And the Vice President Mr. Liu also introduced the SecureCon’s three main businesses – Industrial Control network security solutions, artificial intelligence application innovation labs, and network security training.
